Arsenal have named their price for Henrikh Mkhitaryan.
Both Roma and Mkhitaryan want to make extend his stay at the Stadio Olimpico after a successful loan spell this season.
The Gunners have no interest in keeping Mkhitaryan at the Emirates, but they want their money's worth.
Roma thought they could buy the Armenia international for £15m.
However, Corriere Dello Sport says only an offer £22m will appease the North London club.
It is a price beyond Roma, who are now hoping they can take the 31-year-old on loan for another season.
