Real Madrid midfielder Rodrygo Goes admits he jokes with coach Carlo Ancelotti about taking charge of Brazil.

In an interview with Globo Esporte, Rodrygo endorses his arrival to the Brazilian national team by highlighting his main virtues.

"He has experience and has won everything. He knows how to manage a group, which is very important," said Rodrygo.

"Sometimes a coach doesn't have to be the best tactically, because the team already runs for him. He manages the dressing room very well and that makes the difference."

Rodrygo went over the main characteristics that make Ancelotti a special coach: "He keeps everything simple and doesn't invent too many things. He does what needs to be done. He doesn't go crazy tactically, he does simple things and it works."

The player acknowledged that the fact that Ancelotti has a chance of coaching Brazil has generated many jokes from the coach with Real Madrid's Brazilians as the protagonists:

"We tell him: 'Boss, we are waiting for you there'. He jokes that we are going to select the squad together. We talk more in a joking tone, but every joke has a bit of truth in it. The situation there is difficult, you have to leave Real Madrid to come here. So I can't say what's going to happen, but of course it would be an honour to have him here."
