Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers insists Anfield is still a big attraction for players, despite no Champions League football next season.
Rodgers insists that top players still regard Liverpool as an elite force in world football.
He said: "Liverpool will always be an attractive offer for players, whether we are in the Champions League or not. People think you cannot attract players if you are not in the Champions League, but Liverpool will always be a huge attraction.
"That's not just because of the history of the club, but also because of what we are trying to do here. Players will look at us and see a team and squad evolving, and they will want to be a part of that."
