Ricardo Rocha has ruled out a move to Portuguese side VitoriaGuimaraes and wants to claim a regular place in the Tottenham side. The 30-year-old said: "I received an offer from VitoriaGuimaraes, but that does not interest me at the moment and I am not ready for a return to Portugal.

"I want to show my best form in the next few months. My intention is to keep playing abroad and I want to prove that I can play in the Premier League.

"It annoys me that things have not worked out for me as I expected when I first came to Tottenham.

"I arrived with a lot of expectations, but my injury and a change of managers have meant there has been no continuity."
