Robinson convinced Leeds midfielder Klich returning to best

Former Leeds goalkeeper Paul Robinson believes midfielder Mateusz Klich is finding his best form.

Robinson has given his full backing to Klich in the knowledge that there are few better alternatives in the squad.

“I thought he played well [against Burnley]," he told MOT Leeds News. “I was impressed with his energy levels and the running that he did towards the end of the game.

“Klich has been in and out of the side for the last 12 months or so but I don't think Leeds can afford to do any business like that in January.

“When you look at how thin the squad is, if you lose players like Klich then you have to upgrade them.

“There's no point in letting a player go unless you get a better player in and I think they'll struggle with that because Leeds have to integrate players into the side."
