Manchester City boss Mark Hughes has revealed how star Brazilian Robinho's ankle injury is troubling him and effecting his form.
After the 3-1 loss to Racing Santander in the UEFA Cup, Hughes spoke of the reason for Robinho's half-time substitution.
"Robinho was not able to continue so he is a big doubt for the weekend. It it his ankle again," Hughes said.
"We are staying here overnight so we will check everyone in the morning.
"He has made a great impression on everyone in Manchester, scoring eight goals in the Premier League. We are delighted with his impact.
"In the last three games he has been struggling with an injury and that was a concern to him tonight. We are pleased with what he has produced. "
