Real Madrid legend Roberto Carlos has backed their move for Porto defender Danilo.

Danilo will move to Real Madrid this summer.

"I think he's a good full-back. I think he's a lot like Dani Alves," said Roberto Carlos.

"To compare him with Cafu is very difficult because he has won many titles and has been the best right-back in history. Danilo is a very good, complete full-back. He defends well and attacks well. I think Madrid have made a great signing because he has lots of quality. He also adapts to things very easily and I'm sure he'll do well."
