Croatian club Rijeka have revealed that Chelsea have made contact regarding their star striker Andrej Rijeka.
The 23-year old is an £8million winter target for the Blues and it has been confirmed that the current Premier League leaders are indeed interested.
"I can confirm that our office has received a formal offer from Chelsea," said Rijeka's sporting director Ivan Mance.
Four-time Croatia international Kramaric has a fearsome record in his homeland having scored 55 goals in 64 appearances for Rijeka since arriving from Dinamo Zagreb in the summer of 2013.
