Manchester United midfielder Donny van de Beek is not showing his best qualities in training.
Van de Beek has not featured under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer or Ralf Rangnick this season because of his poor displays on the training ground.
The Dutchman was denied a loan move to Everton in the summer, when then manager Solskjaer promised him more game time compared to last season.
However, he has still been a peripheral figure, even after the arrival of German interim boss Rangnick.
The Mirror has revealed that Rangnick has inherited a similar assessment of van de Beek as his predecessor.
The 24-year-old is believed to have the talent to star in the Premier League, but coaches feel he is not suited to the physical side of the English top flight.
His unimpressive performances in training have also led to his omission from the first-team.
It is believed van de Beek will now push for a January exit, whether on loan or permanently.
