Roberto de Zerbi has turned down a move to Bologna.

Bologna are seeking a new coach after the sacking of Sinisa Mihajlovic.

De Zerbi, free after leaving Shakhtar Donetsk, was open to the job, but only if Mihajlovic resigned, says Il Corriere dello Sport.

As such, Bologna are having to look elsewhere for the Serb's replacement.

A second attempt last night by Bologna was again rejected by De Zerbi.

Claudio Ranieri and Thiago Motta are now two prospects being explored today.
