Stoke City have tabled a bid for Juventus midfielder Mario Lemina.

The youngster has been linked with West Brom and Leicester City since the end of last season.

However, Italian transfer expert Alfredo Pedulla reports the Potters have offered €15 million plus €5 million in bonuses.

Juve are close to agreeing terms, with the Bianconeri seeking €20 million to sell.
