Liverpool could've signed incoming winger Mohamed Salah for £10 million.
The Mirror says Liverpool could have signed Salah for just £10m in 2014.
The Reds were in months of negotiations to sign the then-Basel winger.
But they baulked his £11m valuation and ended up missing out on him with Chelsea securing his signature.
The Blues signed him for £12m with the promise of another £6m in potential performance related add-ons, which was never met after he made just six Premier League starts.
However, he is now on the verge of signing for Liverpool in a club record fee of around £39million.
