Chelsea have tabled a contract offer to the minders of Crystal Palace ace Wilfried Zaha.
Foot Mercato says Chelsea are in contact with Zaha's new agent Pini Zahavi and has made an offer of £200,000-a-week for the Ivory Coast ace's consideration.
For the moment, Chelsea are yet to open talks with Palace about a fee for the attacker.
Tied to Palace until 2023, Zaha has scored three goals and produced three assists so far this season.
Just Friday, however, Palace boss Roy Hodgson stated: “Wilf is not for sale - we aren't trying to sell Wilfried Zaha.
“We want to keep Wilfried Zaha.
"What assurance can people give? I have the assurance there is no one in the club that wants to sell Wilfried Zaha, but of course you never know where bids are going to come from."
