Chelsea have made a contract offer to Celtic striker Moussa Dembele.

Glasgow Live says Chelsea met with the representatives of Dembele to discuss a deal for the in-demand forward.

The London club offered the 20-year-old a contract worth £65,000-a-week, rising to £100,000-a-week.

However, Dembele rejected the move as he doesn't think he would be guaranteed first-team football at Chelsea.

And Hoops boss Brendan Rodgers will be delighted his main man has chosen to make the same decision when Chelsea came calling.
