QPR midfielder Park Ji-sung insists he is not preparing for his retirement from the game anytime soon.
The former Manchester United man's father suggested that he would be looking to pull the curtain on his career at the end of next season but Park himself told QPR podcast Open All R's that he is planning to stick around for some time trying to help the West London club remain in the Premier League.
"My contract runs until next season and I have tried my best. [I'll keep playing for] a couple more years. We will stay up and still be in the Premier League so don't worry about that!" he said.
"We still have eight games [left] and everyone knows we still have a chance. [The squad] have to be together until the end of the season to get out of this situation and we still believe we can do that."
