Newcastle United striker Loic Remy has jumped to the defence of teammate Papiss Cisse.
While the Frenchman has made a blistering start to his Toon career with six goals so far, Cisse has yet to open his Premier League account this season.
"It's difficult when you're not scoring because you can maybe try too hard," said the on-loan signing from QPR. "I know exactly how he feels because I have been in that situation before.
"At Marseille, I had spells when I went long times without a goal and it is frustrating.
"But I am not worried about Papiss because he is a very good player.
"He just needs one goal and then we will see the real Papiss again."
