Sunderland defender Valentin Roberge is on his way back to France.
The Daily Mail says Ligue 1 club Reims want Roberge and they are in talks with the Black Cats over a fee.
However, the terms are thought to be nominal given his free-transfer signing from Maritimo last summer.
