QPR boss Harry Redknapp has warned fans they cannot expect to bounce straight back if they're relegated this season.
Wolves and Blackburn were relegated from the Premier League last season - and are now in danger of going down to League One.
Boss Redknapp warned: "It's not easy getting out the Championship.
"Wolves were a hell of a strong outfit and they're hanging in there not to go down again.
"I thought Blackburn were a decent team in the Premier League.
"It's getting tougher every year. It's going to be hard work, a scrap.
"In that league it's Saturday, Tuesday every week. You need people willing to roll up their sleeves and play all those games."
