Harry Redknapp has told Tottenham fans he expects his team to be challenging for the top four next season.

After Saturday's 5-2 defeat at Manchester United, Redknapp insisted: "We have played some fantastic football lately and we are a very improved team.

"There are lots of things to look forward to at Tottenham next year.

"If we can get off to a decent start there is no reason why we can't get into that top group and maybe even push the top four.

"One or two additions in the summer will make a big difference to us."
