Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp branded QPR star Adel Taarabt as "useless" during his time at White Hart Lane.
Taarabt struck the winner on Saturday against his old club.
Redknapp said: "He needed games and he's never worked as hard in his life - so good luck to him.
"But he was useless when he came to White Hart Lane earlier in the season. He's got nothing to prove to me. We had Luka Modric and Gareth Bale and he wasn't going to get in with them around."
