Former Liverpool star Jamie Redknapp feels Manchester United winger Ashley Young can draw positives from his England performance in defeat to Sweden.
Redknapp wrote in the Daily Mail: "Ashley Young hasn't been firing for a while and has become obsessed with cutting in from the left and sending over an inswinger with his right foot.
"That's what Sweden expected last night as he approached the left flank, but he surprised the full back and the central defence by going on the outside and trusting his left foot.
"The cross was terrific and his Manchester United team-mate Danny Welbeck did the easy bit.
"It seems like such a long time ago but it was a good moment for England."
