Redknapp: Chelsea going great, but Spurs can still win title!

Harry Redknapp still believes that his former side Tottenham Hotspur will be able to win the Premier League title this season.

Spurs were dealt with another blow in their hopes of winning the title after suffering a 1-0 defeat at the hands of Manchester United at Old Trafford on the weekend and many now feel that their chances of winning the title are all but over as they are already 10 points behind leaders Chelsea.

Former Spurs boss Redknapp is still remaining optimistic though and has gone on to state his belief that the North London outfit remain in the title race despite trailing Chelsea by such a sizeable margin.

Speaking to Jim White on talkSPORT, the 69-year-old said: "I love [Mauricio] Pochettino, he's a very clever guy. I wouldn't swap that group for any other group. I think they'll make the [top] four.

"I still think they can win it! I think it's still wide open.

"Chelsea are going great, they've been fantastic. But they're not a certainty to win it. I couldn't sit here and say there's one team who's on a completely different level to the rest.

"Man City, we felt at the start of the year, would be that team maybe, but they're certainly not looking like it at the moment. Arsenal are playing very well, they look excellent at the moment, but I still think Tottenham will be close."
