Neil Redfearn has hopes to taking the Leeds United job fulltime.

Redfearn oversaw their 1-1 draw at Birmingham City.

"The owner (Massimo Cellino) knows I am capable and our respect is mutual.

"He will make his decision when he needs to make a decision. Hopefully, if I can keep nicking points it will put the club in a better position."
