Real Zaragoza are waiting for Stoke City to make their intentions clear over Jermaine Pennant.
As of yet Stoke are yet to confirm their intentions to Zaragoza, but they have first option on Pennant.
They have until 31st May to make the deal permanent and a fee of 3million has been agreed.
"Stoke City have the priority of the loan this summer, but the English club has formally said nothing to us, but they still have time," a Zaragoza source told skysports.com.
Reports in Spain claim a number of Italian clubs are monitoring Pennant's situation at Stoke.
