Real Mallorca coach Javier Aguirre was proud of his players after their Copa del Rey quarterfinal win against Girona.
Mallorca survived the dismissal of Antonio Raillo as they won comfortably 3-2.
Aguirre later said: "Let's not forget that Girona scored five goals against us in the LaLiga. We learned a lot from that defeat. To begin with, today we did not give them space and we were very organised and serious.
"Getting this far has not been easy against rivals like Burgos or Tenerife (both from the Segunda Division) after two years without playing at home. They had not scored any goals against us and tonight our people left happy in a great atmosphere."
Asked how he'll celebrate, Aguirre smiled: “A little whiskey and sleep, son. Lagavulin, 8 years old, with 2 ices."
