Real Madrid are ready to close a deal for Manchester City midfielder Brahim Diaz.

Off contract in June, Diaz has agreed to move to Real Madrid.

And the Spanish giants are trying to bring Diaz home early by settling on terms for a January transfer.

A bid of €10m has already been turned down by City, but an improved €15m offer now has Diaz closer to packing his bags.

City had been demanding €20m, but are willing to compromise if Real include bonus options in the proposal.
