Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema has been named Player of the Year at the Globe Soccer Awards.
The ceremony was held in Dubai by the Sports Council.
This is yet another individual award for the Real Madrid striker after receiving UEFA's prize for the finest player of last season, as well as the Ballon d'Or award.
People from 225 countries across all five continents voted for the award. The 33 million votes were cast to select the finalists, who were chosen by a jury consisting of football personalities.
Meanwhile, Carlo Ancelotti won the award for the best coach, Real Madrid were named the best football club and Florentino Perez won the award for best president.
Los Blancos general director Jose Angel Sanchez was also named best CEO, with Real Madrid scouting director Jose Angel Sanchez receiving the best scout of the year prize.
The French star, Real Madrid's president and Ancelotti were unable to travel to Dubai but sent a video to express their gratitude for the awards.
Ancelotti stressed that last campaign "was an unforgettable, fantastic season, in which we showed that this club never gives up and we deserved to win our 14th".
