Real Madrid signing Jude Bellingham admits he's keen to learn Spanish as soon as he can.

Bellingham says adjusting to the local lingo is a priority.

He told PA Sport, "It's much easier than trying to learn German. I studied Spanish at school until the ninth grade and, in hindsight, I should have continued studying it.

"David Beckham sent me a brief message to wish me the best. It's one of those moves that everyone talks about from the outside.

"You hear a lot of things and advice, I'm pretty good at filtering the good from the bad, so far it's been really positive from former players."
