Real Madrid president Florentino 'will take care of Reyes son until he's 18'

Real Madrid president Florentino Perez intends to support the son of Jose Antonio Reyes, it has been revealed.

Former Real and Arsenal striker Reyes lost his life in a car accident last week, leaving behind his 11 year-old son Jose Antonio Reyes Lopez.

Speaking on El Chiringuito, Cristobal Soria revealed: "The president of Real Madrid, Florentino Perez, was sensational ... incredible, he had a detail and said he was going to take care of his 11-year-old son.

"Florentino Pérez told me with a fondness that he would take care of Reyes' son until he was 18: 'He will not worry about anything that I'm dealing with until he's 18'."

Jose Antonio Reyes Lopez is currently playing for Leganes juniors, but will join Real Madrid this summer.

"I wanted to say, highlight once again the treatment of affection and humanity that the president of Real Madrid has shown," added Soria.
