Real Madrid midfielder Fede Valverde has been cleared of any sanctions after his clash with Alex Baena last season.

Valverde infamously thumped Baena in the stadium carpark after claims he was previously taunted by the Villarreal midfielder over his pregnant wife. Claims Baena has denied.

The RFEF have dismissed the case after local courts did the same following Baena lodging a complaint against the Uruguayan.

It means Valverde's original four-match ban has been scrapped.
