Real Madrid midfielder Luka Modric urged Sergio Ramos to keep his nerve during defeat to Sevilla.

The clash at the Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán was played at high tension, with Ramos constantly jeered by home fans.

Before Cristiano Ronaldo converted his spotkick to send Real ahead, Modric was picked up by Cuatro cameras in conversation with Ramos.

It's suggested Modric was urging Ramos not to goad the fans if Ronaldo converted, which the skipper agreed to.

Ramos' actions, however, didn't see the home support lessen their targeting of the former Sevilla star.
