Real Madrid midfielder James Rodriguez says he's happy at Bayern Munich.

The Colombia captain is midway through a two season loan at Bayern.

"So far, I'm still at Bayern, I had a spectacular first season and I'm very happy there," said James.

Asked about Colombia's World Cup campaign, James admits it finished in frustration.

"Against England we played a good game, we played it hard, it was exasperating not to be in such an important game, I could not help getting a little injury and I experienced it as a fan.

"I can say things on TV, but when you want to win, you have to be above that, but we cannot blame him (referee), we lost in the end by penalties, which is luck."
