Napoli striker Edinson Cavani admits he could be on the move this summer.Manchester City and Real Madrid have been linked with the Uruguay international.
"I really love the fans and Napoli, but football is a business," Cavani told El Observador.
"You never know what could happen in future. A lot will depend on how the President evaluates the situation and how much the club wants to keep me."
