Real Madrid goalkeeper Keylor Navas is being accused of arrogance in his native Costa Rica.
Keylor, while hugely popular with Real Madrid fans and teammates, is viewed suspiciously by some inside Costa Rican football.
It's claimed the keeper wields too much power within the local FA and calls the shots when it comes to the hiring and firing of national team coaches.
Reporter José del Valle of ESPN is quoted by Diario Gol: "The Ticos players who play in Europe are the ones who manage the dressing room, they tell me that Keylor with Real Madrid has an unblemished image, of a humble and simple type.
"But with the Costa Rican team his attitude is different, because there he is the goalkeeper of Real Madrid, with whom he won two Champions Leagues and receives millions of euros."
