Real Madrid fullback Sergio Reguilon insists teammate Marcelo remains the first-choice.

Reguilon has challenged Marcelo for a first team place this season, but insists the Brazil international is the senior player.

He said, "Marcelo is a very normal guy, I get along very well with him, he is the starter of the team."

Enjoying a first call to the Spain U21 squad, Reguilon was also asked about his training ground clash with captain Sergio Ramos earlier this season.

"What about the ball from Ramos? Nothing, that was nothing, we get along very well."
