Real Madrid fullback Fabio Coentrao has been offered to Arsenal and Liverpool.
The Portugal defender is playing second fiddle this season at Real behind Marcelo and is ready to move on.
The Daily Star Sunday says, however, both Arsene Wenger and Brendan Rodgers look set to snub a deadline day move for the 26-year-old.
Wenger feels Arsenal's business is done after the £15m signing of Villarreal centre-half Gabriel Paulista, who can also play at full back.
And Reds boss Rodgers, who feels Coentrao may be too expensive, has other priorities in the market.
