Real Madrid fans enjoyed winding up Barcelona during victory over Girona on Saturday.

On Saturday, Real consolidated their LaLiga leadership with a 4-0 thumping of their title rivals.

Ad in the midst of the festive atmosphere, with the hosts 4-0 ahead, the fans recalled Barcelona coach Xavi.

"Xavi stay! Xavi stay!" began to chant a large section of the Santiago Bernabeu on 75 minutes.

And as cameras switched to the Real bench, the likes of Jude Bellingham and Toni Kroos were spotted sporting wide smiles.

Barca again stumbled the following day, drawing 3-3 with Granada at home on Sunday.
