Real Madrid duo Sergio Ramos and Cristiano Ronaldo are bristling today after comments made by coach Zinedine Zidane.
Zidane called out his attacking players after their 0-0 draw with Athletic Bilbao yesterday.
"We are eight points from Barca due to the lack of goals. Last year there were games that we won at the last minute and this year we are not doing it," said Zidane.
While not calling out Ronaldo by name, Don Balon says he took the comments personally and they also left Ramos unimpressed.
Both senior players had recently met with Zidane, where it was agreed the coach would stop chipping away at the players in public as they battled to snap their form slump.
However, Zidane appears to have quickly forgotten the pact after yesterday's disappointing stalemate.
