Real Madrid midfielder Luka Modric is set to return to action in January.

AS says the thigh injury is healing well and if all goes according to plan, Modric will be available for selection as of the end of January.

There is no doubt that the player should be in the starting eleven for the game against Schalke 04 on February 18th.

The injury recovery process has gone quicker than planned.
