Real Madrid defender Sergio Ramos is full of praise for coach Carlo Ancelotti.
Ramos has hailed the man-management of the Italian.
"It is terrific pleasure to have Ancelotti as our manager. He has also been a footballer and he can easily put himself in our place," Ramos said.
"There are lots of managers who have not been able to feel the way we do in matches at the highest level", he went on, adding that Ancelotti is "a master of understanding and calm, and that he dominates the club structure". He also said that "although he seems calm and relaxed, Ancelotti commands respect."
