Real Madrid fullback Nacho has enjoyed his first two days of training under new coach Carlo Ancelotti.
The Italian has taken charge of Real training this week for the kickoff to preseason.
Nacho said: "There is good atmosphere. We had that already last year. As a person he seems very quiet and close to and always communicating with the players, and I think he will be very important for us. We have only had two days of training and there has not been much time to talk about systems and how we'll play.
"We have just spent time training. We had a quick chat yesterday and he told us more or less what he wants. That is that he wants us to be a united and hardworking team, in which we are all professional."
