Real Madrid believe Chelsea are prepared to sell Thibaut Courtois this summer. On-loan with Atletico Madrid, Courtois has denied reports this week of a written agreement with Real that he will join them when his contract expires in 2016.
AS says Real are prepared to buy Courtois at the end of the season and are convinced Chelsea will sell for €30 million.
Atletico also want to keep hold of the Belgian, but will have to sell to raise funds in order to meet his asking price.
