Real Madrid have concerns over the recovery of Jese Rodriguez from his knee injury.

The attacker has spent the past three weeks in Germany, where an infection occurred following surgery.

Jese is now back home in Madrid, where his knee will be assessed over potential damage to ligaments due to the infection.

The youngster remains upbeat, however, tweeting: "If you fell down yesterday, stand up today. Difficult yes, impossible no."
