Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti says he has no concerns around Vinicius Junior.

Ahead of their Champions League clash with RB Leipzig, Ancelotti spoke of controversy around Vinicius Junior's taunting of opponents on the pitch.

He said: "He is a great player, nothing more. We are not going into this issue.

"I am not deaf or stupid, I know what is being said, but it is not something we should waste time on. Vinicius has extraordinary quality and it is normal for rivals to try stop him.

"It must be done with respect, always based on the regulations, which must protect all footballers, not just Vinicius."
