Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti was delighted with Andriy Lunin their 2-0 win at Athletic Bilbao.
Real won at San Mames in their LaLiga opener thanks to goals from Jude Bellingham and Rodrygo. Lunin enjoyed a clean sheet as he stepped in for ACL injury victim Thibaut Courtois.
Ancelotti said: He's done really well. He was very calm and focused. He moved the ball well from the back and he was good with the high balls.
"He showed confidence and concentration."
Asked about interest in Chelsea goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga, he added: “He's not a Real Madrid player and I don't talk about players who aren't Real Madrid players."
