Real Madrid are prepared to sell captain Marcelo in January.

That's according to Okdiario's chief football pundit Eduardo Inda, when speaking on El Chiringuito.

Inda revealed: "Real Madrid does not want Marcelo because (Ferland) Mendy and Miguel Gutiérrez are ahead. The youth teamer is a huge player who aims very high.

"Besides, there is also (David) Alaba.

"Marcelo is the third in contention. (Carlo) Ancelotti has already told him that he does not have him and the club is exploring the possibility of him leaving in the winter market."
