Real Madrid Castillo coach Raul: Mallorca right move for Kubo

Real Madrid Castillo coach Raul has no problem losing Takefuso Kubo.

Raul admits Kubo was too good to play for Real Madrid Castilla this season after the Japanese youngster was loaned out to Real Mallorca.

The legendary striker's first match in charge of Castilla ended in a 1-1 draw with Las Rozas in the third tier of Spanish football.

"I wish Kubo lots of luck at Mallorca," Raul said.

"It was a pleasure to have him here but he was a first-team player."

Rodrygo Goes also featured for Castilla during pre-season and missed the trip to Las Rozas through injury, but Raul isn't sure he'll stay in the B team.

"He's the same as Kubo," he said about the young Brazilian.

"He's a first-team player and Castilla is there to help the first team and when he comes to us, we will help him all that we can."
