Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos says there's no penalty doubts with Cristiano Ronaldo.

The Edinson Cavani-Neymar penalty rift is not something that will ever occur at Real Madrid under captain Ramos, he has insisted.

"That kind of thing won't happen at Madrid because everything is planned before the game. It is all organised and co-ordinated," said Ramos to France Football.

"Cristiano takes the penalties and if he isn't, then I do. There is even a third designated taker before each game.

"Cavani and Neymar are two great players and I'm sure they'll come to an agreement over it."
