Real Madrid boss Mourinho: We will miss Ronaldo

Real Madrid boss Jose Mourinho admits they will miss hamstring victim Cristiano Ronaldo. The world's most expensive player is set to be sidelined for up to two weeks.

When asked about the loss of his biggest threat, Mourinho said: "Cristiano is Cristiano, and he is too important to say that we won't miss him or that we will have the same potential, we aren't hypocrites.

"But we have more players, others who are motivated to give their best, and Cristiano not playing does not change our objective.

"It will be a very difficult game, against a team that are doing well, who are motivated, full of confidence and who play well at home.

"But the objective doesn't change. It's more difficult without Cristiano, but we're convinced that we are going to achieve our objective."
