Real Madrid coach Jose Mourinho is considering STRIPPING Iker Casillas of the club captaincy. Mourinho has no problem with the Real icon, but feels he needs an outfield player to be wearing the captain's armband, says Marca.
An early favourite to succeed Casillas is former Liverpool midfielder Xabi Alonso.
Mourinho knows the decision will create controversy, but isn't afraid of making the call if he feels it will benefit his team.
